Note: Redondo Campground has reduced ammenities for 2014.  Toilet and trash service are not available.  There is no Campground Host.  Vehicle Access is not provided.  Campers must remove all trash and dispose of sanitation appropriately.

Campground situated in a Ponderosa Pine meadow environment. Expect warm days and cool nights. Valles Caldera and Bandelier National Monument are within driving distance.

Uses: Overnight camping, hiking and fishing  

Facilities: Campground has 60 camp sites; each with picnic table and fire ring. Three units with covered shelters. Vault toilets; no utility hookups or dump station. Tents, RVs and trailers up to 30 feet. Drinking water not available.

Special Instructions: Cutting live vegetation is prohibited. Use charcoal only in the pedestal grills.

General Information

Directions: From the Jemez Ranger Station go south 7.5 miles north to the junction of State Highway 4 and 126 at La Cueva. Turn right and continue on State Road 4 approximately two miles to the campground turnoff to the left.
