Upper Gallina Trail #36
The Upper Gallina trail, 2.9 miles long, is steep with a series of switchbacks. The trail travels through aspen stands, with a few areas of spruce and fir. This trail offers spectacular views of the mountain ranges to the north. Due to this being such good habitat for large mammals such as elk, deer, and bear, visitors frequently get glimpses of these creatures on this trail.
This trail offers excellent creek fishing. Uses: hiking, backpacking, equestrian.
