The trail begins at Woods Creek and rises 3200 feet through Douglas and Noble Fir forests to Marys Peak Day Use.

Beach Access Limited to Protect Snowy Plovers March 15 - Sept 15
Certain beaches near snowy plover nesting areas have restrictions in place March 15 - September 15. In these areas, dry sand beach is CLOSED to entry. Within most plover nesting areas, dogs, kites, motorized vehicles, and non-motorized vehicles are prohibited in both dry and wet sand beach.
