Waxmyrtle Trailhead


This is the trailhead for the  Waxmyrtle Trail #1337

Look for signs marking snowy plover nesting habitat area in the estuary section of the trail  from March 15 - September 15.  You can still access the beach from the Waxmyrtle Trail by going around the closure area. See details in the Restrictions information below.

General Information


From Florence, Oregon drive 7 miles south on Highway 101 turning west onto Siltcoos Beach Access Road. Waxmyrtle Trailhead is 1.5 miles on left side of road across bridge. Trailhead is on west side of road.
