12' x 10' 3-sided CCC Adirondack-style shelter with dirt floor located on west end of lake.

Directions: Located on the west and north end of this lake and typically accessed by canoe/portage from either Distin Lake or Hasselborg Lake. A skiff from Sportsmen cabin is available. One-way flight time from Juneau is approximately 40 minutes. By canoe/ portage, it is about 8 miles (13 km) from Mitchell Bay. Suggested USGS topo maps: Sitka C-1, C-2.
Camping & Cabins
Located on the north and far west end of Lake Guerin and also part of the cross Admiralty canoe route, this three sided shelter offers a camping spot. Very buggy from June through August.
Lake and Pond Fishing
Lake Guerin is usually ice free by early May through mid November for fishing and is on the cross Admiralty canoe route. Shallow along edge of lake.
