A 100 foot gravel trail leads from parking area to site. Site has view of Eastern Passage and mountains on the mainland. A marine access facility (MAF) is located below the site and provides a boat ramp for saltwater access. Caution: Commercial use of MAF may occur during periods of timber harvest.

Directions: On Wrangell Island 28 miles SE of Wrangell at the end of Forest Road 6265.
Boat ramp at MAF may be used to access King salmon and halibut fishing in nearby Eastern Passage and Blake Channel. Crabbing at outlet of Earl West creek. Refer to Alaska Department of Fish and Game for regulations.

Boats may be launched at boat ramp.
Boating - Non-Motorized
Boat ramp may be used to launch boats. Provides access to interesting single or multi-day trips to Berg Bay, Aaron's Creek, Anan, and Bradfield Canal.
