14' x 16' hunter style cabin with 2 single bunks, 2 double bunks, table, benches, oil stove (#1 stove oil only), and 14' skiff with oars. Bedding, cooking utensils, stove oil, life jackets not provided.

Water is available from the lake and stream next to the cabin. Treat all water before using.
Directions: By float plane only, 31 air miles SE of Wrangell at the head of Anan Lake
No developed access from cabin to Anan Wildlife Observatory. Trail shown on topographic maps from Anan Lake to saltwater is unmaintained and unusable and passes through area closed to public June 15 - September 15. Occasionally poor weather can result in extended stays; cabin users should be prepared for this.

Lake and Pond Fishing
Cutthroat trout (May - Sept.), silver salmon (Aug. - Sept.), in Anan Lake. Specific exceptions to fishing regulations apply. Check regulations with ADF&G.
A 0.3 mile long trail begins behind cabin and ends at Boulder Lake. Trail is primitive and marked with orange diamond markers. There is a skiff at Boulder Lake (take oars with you from cabin - please return to cabin)
Boating - Non-Motorized
A 14' skiff with oars is provided at Anan Lake and Boulder Lake.
