Hugh Smith Lake Cabin
This is a rustic style 12' X 14' Pan Abode cabin that was constructed in 1965. The cabin is located on a peninsula extending into the lake. There is an abandoned cannery site at the east end of the lake, and trail to saltwater. There is also a working fish weir, and a cabin used by Alaska Department of Fish and Game at the west end. FACILITIES: • Two Single & Two Double Bunks • Wood Stove and Firewood • Cooking Counter and Table • Shelves and Cupboard Space • Ax/Maul/Splitting Wedges • Broom •14' aluminum skiff with oars.
