The Mallard Slough Trail is 2.2 miles long, beginning at saltwater at the Mallard Slough Cabin. It travels through muskeg and forested areas with gradual gains and losses of elevation; ending again at saltwater in LeConte Bay. The first 0.4 miles of the trail has minimal surfacing, with none thereafter.

Directions: Access is by boat. 23 miles NW of Wrangell.

2.7 mile trail from Mallard Slough Cabin to LeConte Bay. Minimal surfacing first 0.4 miles, none thereafter. From cabin, trail goes over forested ridge to grass flats. Trail is marked by wooden posts on grass flats.
