Within walking distance of the Salome and Sierra Ancha Wilderness areas. Reynolds Creek offers diversions such as soaking in pools or enjoying the wildlife. A sewage dump facility is located at Globe Chamber of Commerce Trailer Dump or the Cholla Dump Station at Roosevelt Lake located on Hwy. 188, mile marker 250.8 (open Thursday-Sunday, 10 am-2 pm). In winter, temperatures dip into the teens.
19 miles south of Young and 42 miles north of Globe, on State Hwy. 288 (unpaved) to Forest Road (FR) 247.
