Hobo Camp Campground


Hobo Camp is a small, road-side camp located along road #2470, on a terrace above Brice Creek. A short trail leads to a beautiful cascading pool in Brice Creek.

  • 1 group campsite with 2 picnic tables and large fire pit

  • No garbage disposal - Please pack it out
  • No drinking water

From Cottage Grove, OR take Exit 174 off of Interstate 5, take Row River Road #2400 east 19 miles to Brice Creek road #2470 (2149). Turn right (southeast) on County Road #2470 and continue for 7 1/2 miles along Brice Creek. Hobo Camp is located on both sides of the road, south of Brice Creek.

  • Adams Mountain Way Trail (1/2 mile west of Hobo on the south side of Road #2470).
  • The Hobo Camp area is withdrawn from mineral location although recreational gold panning is allowed.
