Bunker Hill Campground

  

This campground clings to the northwest shore of Lemolo Reservoir beneath the heavily wooded Bunker Hill. Bald eagles soar above the lodgepole pine forest.

Directions:

From Roseburg, OR take OR-138 E/NE Diamond Lake Blvd. Continue approximatley 72 miles east of Roseburg on Highway 138, turn north onto Forest Service Road 2610, the Bird's Point Road. Proceed 5.5 miles crossing the Lemolo Lake Dam. Turn right onto FS Road 2612. The campground is located on the north shore of Lemolo Lake.

Campground Camping

Hiking, fishing, waterskiing

  • Hiking trails nearby for Lemolo Falls, the North Umpqua Wild and Scenic River and the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail
  • The lake contains Kokanee, Eastern Brook, and a few Rainbow trout. Large German brown trout are wild native fish and can be taken on troll and fly. 
  • Waterskiing is a popular activity on portions of the lake.
  • The lake depth exceeds 100 feet in places.
