Neff Canyon Trail #011

Elevation gain is approximately 1,821 feet. Major destination is Mount Aire. Trail junctions include Mill Creek Crest and Lambs Canyon Trail. Leashed pets are permitted, see special restrictions. The Mount Aire Trail runs from the saddle between Elbow Fork in Mill Creek Canyon and Mount Aire Canyon in Parleys Canyon. It is a steep trail, but provides views of the surrounding areas. It is not uncommon to see snakes on this trail. During the spring and fall, snakes tend to be out during the daytime when the sun is out. During the heat of summer, snakes hang out in the mornings and evenings when it's cooler. Snakes are easy to avoid if you are cautious and watch for them.
