Low Saddle Trailhead
Low Saddle Trailhead is located along the Stormy Point North Trail (#108) just north of the Hells Canyon Wilderness area. This rustic facility allows hikers and rider a place to begin their visit or to pick up others coming out of the wilderness. Taking a short hike towards the canyon presents a fantastic view of Hells Canyon.

General Information
Directions:From Riggins, Idaho travel north on Highway 95 for 1.5 miles for Forest Road 241 (Race Creek Road); Travel up Race Creek Road for 3 miles to Bean Creek Road Junction keep right and stay on Forest Road 241 for 9 more miles to junction with Forest Road 420 (Iron Phone Junction); At Forest Road 420 junction turn left and go south for about 2 miles to Forest Road 1819 (Cold Springs Road); Travel about 9 miles on Forest Road 1819 to the trailhead.
Advisory: Many of these roads are narrow, steep and winding and are suitable for high clearance and 4x4 vehicles only.
