Burr Oak Cove is a small densely wooded campground on the north-west tip of Burr Oak Reservoir. The campground has 19 camping units, including walk-in sites which offer additional seclusion to the camper looking for solitude.
At a Glance
The fee for camping between 4/15 and when the water is turned off in the fall is $10/night. Once water is no longer available, camping is $5/night.
This out of the way campground just outside of the State Park is a tranquil option to the busier campground within Burr Oak State Park. Though it does not offer as many amenities, the campground is quiet and lovely.

Lake and Pond Fishing
The adjacent Burr Oak Reservoir is within a short distance of this campground and a hiking trail accesses the lake so campers can hike down and fish in this large reservoir.
Boats are allowed in Burr Oak Reservoir.
The Lake View Trail is a short one mile hike down to Burr Oak Lake.
