French Pete Campground

  

French Pete campground is heavily shaded by a thick canopy of conifers and located at the confluence of French Pete Creek and the South Fork of the McKenzie River. This is a very popular campground to escape the summer heat.

Directions:

From Blue River, travel 4 miles east on Hwy 126 to Aufderheide Drive (FS road 19). Continue on Aufderheide Drive to French Pete Campground fro approximately 11 miles.
