Marion Lake Trail Area - Mt. Jefferson Wilderness

There are some great trails in the Marion Lake area; generations of Oregon families and those beyond have enjoyed hiking, backpacking, fishing and more in this area of the Mt. Jefferson Wilderness.

There are many popular trails including the loop trail to Marion Lake via the Marion Outlet Trail and the 11.2 mile round trip hike to Marion Mountain.

Many trails in the area run through severely burned areas of the wilderness. The 2003 B&B Fire and 2006 Puzzle Fire changed the area dramatically and hazards still remain.
