PROJECTS
Fish Camp Project
The Sierra National Forest, Bass Lake Ranger District is proposing to conduct a comprehensive series of vegetation treatments near Fish Camp, California. The treatments will help restore a healthy, diverse, fire-resilient forest and provide a more naturally functioning ecological process by reducing stand densities and fuel loads. The Project will be designed to protect life, property, wildlife, and habitat from uncharacteristic wildfire by promoting forest conditions that, if ignited, would result in low-intensity surface fires.
