Cumo Exploration Project (previously listed as Cumo 2007 Project)
The CuMo Exploration Supplemental EA and Draft Decision Notice/FONSI were released for the 45-day objection filing period per 36 CFR 218, Subpart A, on April 3. The legal notice initiating the objection period was published in the newspaper of record, The Idaho Statesman, on April 9. An error has been identified in Appendix I of the EA; Fuel Transport Memorandum. The error is being corrected and we anticipate a revised Appendix I will be available within the next two weeks. To assure parties interested in this appendix have sufficient time to review its contents, Forest Supervisor Cecilia Seesholtz, has decided to reinitiate the objection filing period following completion and distribution of this updated appendix. The 45-day objection filing period will be reinitiated following publication of a new legal notice in the newspaper of record once the corrected Appendix I has been distributed to all interested parties and posted on the webpage.
