This legal ad meets the requirements of 36 CFR 219.56(f). This legal ad identifies those individuals and organizations who have filed timely objections under 36 CFR 219. A correction to this legal ad: Montana Fish, Wildlife, & Parks should be identified as having filed both a Big Game Security Amendment objection and a Management Area R1 and N1 Amendment objection.
The meeting's purpose is for the Objection Reviewing Officer to listen to the concerns from the 21 objectors to the Blackfoot Non-Winter Travel Plan and associated Forest Plan Amendments. The 3 Forest Plan Amendments are for Big Game Security, Management Area R1(Nevada Mountain), and Management Area N1 (Granite Butte Proposed Research Natural Area). Where possible, there will also be discussion on objection remedies.
