White Banks Mine Plan of Operations

David Francomb, Acting District Ranger for the Aspen-Sopris Ranger District, signed a new decision notice and finding of no significant impact for the White Banks Mine Plan of Operations on May 23, 2013. The original decision signed on March 2, 2012 was withdrawn as directed by the Appeal Reviewing Officer.

Avalanche Creek drainage, approximately 9 miles south of Carbondale in the Crystal River Valley, Access via Forest Service Road 310.
