Forest Level Economic Contributions Dashboard – 2019

National forests and grasslands provide multiple benefits to the American people and the communities where they live. They support local economies through recreation, timber, energy, minerals, and livestock grazing. This dashboard was created to help understand how each of these activities support local economies. The dashboard breaks economic contributions down into distinct categories. Learn about each forest’s contribution to jobs, labor income, gross domestic product and more by exploring the dashboard.
