Group Picnicking

Group picnicking areas feature tables and grills set up for large groups. Grand Menard Picnic Area has large pondersosa pine trees for shade, grassy areas for large gatherings, and an adjacent nature trail. Pattee Canyon Recreation Area is conveniently within the Missoula Valley. Fort Fizzle Historic Site Picnic Area is rich with historic interpretive information and is a stroll away from Lolo Creek. There are group picnic areas at some campgrounds as well.
