Bring your picnic basket to one of our developed picnic areas scattered throughout the forests. Most locations have picnic tables, vault toilets, and fire grates or rings.
Day-use areas are open from sunrise to sunset. All picnic areas are on a first-come basis. Some picnic areas may charge a fee.
