Prescribed Fires Scheduled

Fire crews are looking for opportunities to implement prescribed fire projects in fall and winter to increase forest health and reduce the threat of wildfire to communities and natural resources, such as watersheds and habitat.

With specific prescription criteria needed, ignition days can sometimes only be determined up to 72 to 24 hours in advance.
