  The Mountain Valley Pipeline and Equitrans Expansion Project Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement Notice of Availability was published in the Federal Register on December 23, 2022. This publication initiated a 45-day public comment period on the Draft SEIS until February 6, 2023.

  In response to public requests, the comment period has been extended to 11:59 p.m. EST on February 21, 2023.
