Access to Cle Elum Lake bed and dispersed camping areas at Morgan Creek and Dry Creek will be closed to entry during the 2018 recreation season in the interest of public safety.
The 2017 Jolly Mountain Fire created burn scars in the upper reaches of both Morgan and Dry Creeks creating the possiblility of flooding and debris flows during periods of precipitation that could impact the stream channels and lake bed in the vicinity of Morgan and Dry Creeks.
