On March 27th we will be doing a partial closure of the Alum Cove Natural Bridge Recreation Area for a paving project. This project consists of improving drainage on the access road/parking lot, installation of new culverts, reconditioning of road/parking subgrade, asphalt paving on the road/parking area, and new parking stripping. The estimated time for completion of this project will be two months. The area will be closed to all traffic(including pedestrian) Monday-Friday. The area will be open to visitors on the weekends.
