Christmas tree permits go on sale Saturday, November 17 on the Bradshaw and Chino Valley Ranger Districts, and Monday, November 19 on the Verde Ranger District. For more information, please see the September 20 news release, and visit our Christmas Tree Permits webpage.
Please note that permit sales dates differ from forest to forest. Check the forest website of the forest on which you lan to cut your tree to make sure of the correct sales date.
In addition to the regular Christmas tree permits, up to 100 free Christmas tree permits will be issued Forest wide to 4th Graders that have a valid Every Kid in the Park (EKiP) pass. Please see the news release to learn how to obtain a free EKIP pass before Christmas tree tags go on sale as they will not be available during the sale.
