The purpose of this Order is to protect public health and safety due to flash flood risk and sanitation issues, and to protect natural resources from degradation. This Order took effect on October 3, 2021, at 8:00 a.m., and shall remain in effect until October 3, 2023, or until rescinded, whichever occurs first.
