Bear-Human Interactions on the Rise

Southern Oregon is experiencing a dramatic increase of black bear-human interactions, where black bears are coming into camps seeking out food and waste. Problem areas include the Applegate Valley and Lower Rogue River, but habituated bears have been reported across the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest.

Do your part to keep bears and people safe by ALWAYS properly storing all wildlife attractants.
