Understanding Parking and Fire Restrictions on the Illinois River

The Illinois River Fire and Parking Forest Order (Order Number 06-10-22-22-42) prohibits the following:
- Building, maintaining, attending or using a fire, except in designated Forest Service fire rings.
- Parking or leaving a vehicle inside the white lines along Forest Service Road #4103 (Illinois River Road).
This Order is effective from July 15, 2022, through October 31, 2023, unless sooner rescinded.
