French Meadows Access

Mosquito Ridge Road is still closed through the Mosquito Fire area. French Meadows can be accessed from Georgetown / U.S. Forest Service - Eldorado National Forest by taking Wentworth Springs to 11 Pines Rd.

French Meadows can also be accessed by taking Foresthill Rd to Forest Rd 43 (Robinson Flat Rd). Please be advised this road is rough and still wet in some areas. Low clearance vehicles, vehicles pulling trailers and vehicles over 10,000 lbs. are not advised to take this route. 4WD is recommended.
