IMPLEMENTATION
This Order shall be in effect from Nov. 15 through Feb. 15, annually. 36 CFR 261.53(b)
PURPOSE
These areas are closed for the protection of a special biological community. This restriction is in addition to those prohibitions enumerated in Subpart A of 36 CFR 261 and any other special restrictions pertaining to the described lands. Also, see Arizona Game & Fish Commission Order No.1.
PROHIBITIONS
PURSUANT TO 36 CFR 261.50(a), the following restriction is established within two parts of the "Roosevelt Lake Wildlife Area• within the Tonto Basin Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest, located in portions of Sections 25, 27, 28, 34, and 36, TS N., R11 E., Sections 30, 31, 32, and 33, TS N., R12 E., and Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, and 17, T4 N., R12 E.
