  • Lead Basin Road closed beginning June 7

    The Lead King Basin Road (FSR 315) above Marble, Colo., will be closed beginning June 7 while crews repair a section of washed-out road. 

    The road will not be passable while the work is underway. The road work should be completed within a week.  The wash-out is approximately 3/4 mile from the intersection of FSR 315 and FSR 314, which is the start of the popular Lead King Loop. The route to the Crystal Mill (FSR 314) will not be affected.
