A landslide occured on Forest Service Road 19 (Aufderheide Drive) on the McKenzie River Ranger District, making the road impassable. The landslide is located just north of FSR 1980 and south of French Pete Campground. Visitors are still able to access the Terwilliger “Cougar” Hot Springs and Cougar Crossing Campground from Highway 126.
Forest Service Road 19 is not maintained for snow and ice. Call the McKenzie River Ranger Station at 541-822-3381 for current road conditions.
