Removing/Disassociating or Changing an EFT on an Agreement

If you wish to remove or change the EFT on an agreement, you will need to request a modification to make your changes through the Agreement Modification Response wizard for a Standard and/or Change End Date modification, Rollover modification, Inspection Correction modification, or Resource Type Correction modification.

Business Rules for EFT

To remove/disassociate a EFT or change a EFT on an agreement:

  1. From the My Agreements page, click on the Resubmit a response to the modification icon in the table. The Agreement Modification Response wizard appears.
  2. In the wizard, go to the Apply Resource Changes step (Step 2).
  3. Above the table, click on the Select EFT for Agreement button.
  4. Depending on what you wish to do, do one of the following:
    • If you wish to remove/disassociate any EFT, then from the EFT drop-down list, select None.

      --OR--
    • If you wish to associate a different EFT with the agreement, then from the EFT drop-down list, select a different EFT.
  5. Click the Done button.
  6. In the Sign Modified Agreement step (Step 3), you can click on the Preview Modification Response button to preview your changes that will be applied once the CO signs the modification.
  7. Select the "I Agree" check box and click the Submit button to submit your modification response.

    Once the CO signs the modification, the EFT change is applied to the agreement.
