  • Reporting an emergency? Dial 9-1-1 (if life-threatening) or Emergency Dispatch at 661-723-3620 (if not).
  • Reporting non-emergency crime? E-mail us.
  • Reporting trail conditions? Please report major trail conditions that make a trail impassable or nearly impassable (e.g., large segments of washed out trail, fallen trees, etc.). Provide the name of the trail, the nature and location of the issue, and (if possible) include any photos and precise longitude and latitude coordinates. E-mail us.
  • Inviting us to an event? Use the form below to provide the "who, what, where, when, why, and how" of your event. Include a link to a webpage or a flyer about your event. Be sure to include your event coordinator's name, phone number, and e-mail. 
  • Asking a question? Use the form below to send us your question. Consider including your daytime phone number, in case clarification is needed. This may help you obtain an answer quicker without a lot of back and forth e-mail traffic.
