Wildland Fire Explorers
A program for young men and women to explore a career in wildland firefighting.
The Angeles National Forest has three Wildland Fire Explorers Posts that meet weekly and an Explorer Academy that takes places once a year. We are located in areas to serve all communities in Los Angeles County.
You can join one of the Explorer Posts or all three of them at no additional cost.
