Visitor Centers - Laguna Mountain and El Cariso
In addition to the district ranger stations located on each of our three districts, (Palomar, Descanso, Trabuco) we have two visitors' centers providing information to forest visitors.
Located on the Sunrise Highway, Descanso Ranger District, the Laguna Mountain Visitor Center is open Fridays 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).

The El Cariso Visitor Center, located next to the El Cariso fire station off of the Ortega Highway. At 32353 Ortega Highway Elsinore, CA 92530 is open periodically on the weekends for information only. No pass or map sales.
