The Flagstaff Roving Rangers
The Roving Rangers is a partnership team comprised of both rangers and volunteers from the National Park Service and the U.S. Forest Service. It’s the mission of this group to provide free ranger programs in and around the Flagstaff area, that provide visitors with fun learning experiences in the out-of-doors. It is the intent of the Roving Rangers to bring understanding and inspiration to all ages, provoking the citizens of the world to cherish our natural world and act to preserve natural and cultural resources.

Red Rock Ranger District
Arizona Natural History Association and Friends of the Forest Sedona, in partnership with the Coconino National Forest, organize and provide guided walks, presentations, talks, displays, and other fun and educational activities for forest visitors throughout Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and the Verde Valley. Regular events are held at the Red Rock Ranger District Visitor Center.
