SODA SPRINGS, Id—Are you interested in getting paid to work outdoors? Here’s your chance! The Soda Springs/Montpelier Zone is currently seeking applications for the Youth Conservation Corp program.  Selected applicants work full time for eight weeks completing various resource projects in an outdoor setting.  Pay is set at $10.00 per hour.

 

To qualify, applicants must be a United States Citizen or eligible to work in the United States and be 15 to 18 years old.  These are non-residential positions.  Therefore, no housing is available, and participants must provide their own transportation to work.  Crews will meet each morning at the Soda Springs Forest Service Warehouse.  Transportation to various job sites will be provided by the Forest Service from the warehouse.
