Open House to Meet New Forest Supervisor in Klamath Falls

LAKEVIEW, Ore. – The Fremont-Winema National Forest will be holding an open house in Klamath Falls on Wednesday, January 18, for the community to meet new Forest Supervisor Barry Imler.
The open house will be held at the Klamath Ranger Station, located at 2819 Dahlia St. in Klamath Falls, from 5 to 7 p.m.
The open house provides a casual atmosphere for community members to meet Imler, who started on the Fremont-Winema in early December.
Anyone interested in meeting the new Forest Supervisor is welcome to attend.
This is the fourth of a series of open houses which are being planned this month in Lake and Klamath Counties.
The remaining open houses were recently confirmed for the following week.
The open house in Bly will be held Monday, January 23, at the Bly Ranger Station, located at 61100 Highway 140 East, from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, January 24, there will be an open house at the Chemult District Office located at 110500 Highway 97 North from 12:30 to 2 p.m., and at the Chiloquin Ranger Station located at 38500 Highway 97 North from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
