Over Weight Bridge Use Permit

An additional permit required is for any vehicle(s) that exceed the maximum weight restrictions applicable to State or county road systems, which will also require travel over a bridge on the designated haul route.  See Washington State Commercial Vehicle Guide chapter 4 and appendixes for more guidance on restrictive values.

To Request an Overweight Bridge Use Permit for Overweight Vehicle(s);

Step 1: Download the permit application, and fill it out completely.  Permits that are not filled out in their entirety may require additional time to process.

Step 2:  Send the completed permit application to Shea Becker, stbecker@fs.fed.us.

Step 3:  Please allow for 2-3 weeks processing time.  A Forest Service Official will contact you regarding your permit in the order that they are processed.
