2005 Travel Management Rule (36 CFR 212)-Subpart A Report
The 2005 Travel Management Rule, Subpart A requires the preparation a Forest Travel Analysis by October 2015. To be clear, this Travel Analysis Report (TAR) is not a NEPA document, nor does it make any decisions about the Forests’ roads and trail system. It is intended to help inform possible future road planning and before any future actions are taken, the Forest Service will provide additional opportunities for the public to participate in the decision-making process.
