Fisheries and Aquatic Ecology

We aim to protect, restore, and enhance aquatic ecosystems. Through inventory and monitoring we evaluate current conditions and detect changes in conditions in the chemical, physical, and biological components of the aquatic ecosystem.  We then work to restore degraded aquatic ecosystems and recover threatened, endangered or sensitive aquatic species. By increasing system productivity, we improve opportunities for people who use the forest streams and rivers.
