Best Use of Science for Forest Plan Revision
Evolving scientific understanding, recent technology, and new challenges such as stressors associated with climate change have made it clear that the best available science is needed to inform land management planning. The Kaibab has engaged its partners to use the best available science in the plan development and evaluation of alternatives. Some examples are included here.
