Interagency Passes

NOTICE: 11/01/21 - Ranger stations in Los Padres National Forest are temporarily closed due to COVID. No passes are currently sold at the stations.

Interagency passes (Senior, Access, Annual, Military, and 4th Grade Passes) are sold at Forest Service or National Park Service ranger stations and offices that are open. Contact the national forest or national park that you plan to visit to find out if passes are available.

The $80 Annual Interagency Pass may be available at REI stores in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara or Oxnard.

You can also purchase all Interagency Passes (Annual, Senior, Access, Miliary and 4th Grade Passes) through

Passes can also be purchased directly from the camphost at the Paradise Campground on the Santa Barbara Ranger District. Passes can also be purchased from the camphost at the Cerro Alto Campground in the Santa Lucia Ranger District (Atascadero/Morro Bay Area). These passes are good for day use only at day use picnic areas along Paradise Road in the Santa Barbara Ranger District, Cerro Alto Trailhead at the Cerro Alto Campground, Sandollar Beach, Willow Beach, Mill Creek and Pfeiffer Beach along the Big Sur Coast. They are not valid for camping. For more information about where this pass is needed to park at day use areas, beaches and trailheads, please CLICK HERE. PMC passes are not sold at ranger stations or at the Forest Supervisor's Office in Solvang.

Adventure Pass 

Adventure Passes are currently not being sold at Los Padres National Forest ranger stations due to COVID office closures. The Forest Supervisor's Office and ranger stations have been closed to in-person visitation since March, 2020.

Aventure Passes are sold at Big 5 Sporting Goods and other sporting goods stores and sales outlets throughout Southern California.

**Adventure Passes are required to park at snow play areas on the Mt. Pinos Ranger District during winter months.
