Maps
Many maps and publications are available to provide visitors with information about the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grassland. Visitor information maps are comprehensive plastic coated maps or digital, geo-referenced Avenza maps that show roads and highways, cities, bodies of water, recreational sites, campgrounds, trails, private and public land designations, and more for Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests & Thunder Basin National Grassland. These maps are $14 for print and $5 for digital editions. Motor Vehicle Use Maps (MVUMs) show motorized roads, trails, and seasonal closures and are available for free as downloads and at ranger district offices.
