Employment Opportunity for Students in Nicholas and Webster Counties

RICHWOOD, W.Va., March 9, 2018 – The Gauley Ranger District of the Monongahela National Forest will host a Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) program this summer from June 11 - August 17, 2018. Enrolled high school students, age 15-18, in Nicholas and Webster counties are encouraged to apply. Both boys and girls are eligible.

The YCC provides summer jobs to high school students, and blends hard work, conservation education, and fun, all in an outdoor environment.

Application forms are available at Richwood High School, Nicholas County High School, Nicholas County Career and Technical Center, and Webster County High School, or the Gauley Ranger District office in Richwood, and must be submitted by March 23, 2018.
